There has been a recent change at AP Suzhou. As of December 31st 2011 Applied Process Inc. sold its majority stake in Suzhou AP Component Manufacturing Co. Ltd. to our long time partners Andy Chen and David Chang. The company will now be doing business as Suzhou ADI Inc. Going forward Xia Yong will be the main contact for sales and commercial inquiries at bryan@austemp.com. David Chang will be stepping into a new role as President.
Suzhou ADI, Inc. is transitioning into a licensee of Applied Process and will have the benefit of corporate technical support provided by AP Technologies Division. They will continue to do business according to the same strict quality standards as before and maintain the same emphasis on customer service that has been our focus. The team at Suzhou ADI Inc. is enthusiastic about continuing to grow the market for austempering in China and will have the support and collaboration of the Applied Process Companies.
